There are couple of things why laptops are great for us and for learning. Firstly, you can use it while on holiday or somewhere else. It doesn't need power! That means I don't need to give up my twitter or Facebook while on vacations!! Than,it have lower power and space requirements than desktops.This means you can put more music or movies on it than on PCs. And most important you can use it when the electricity is out!
However, there are couple of disadvantages too. Firstly, it's not easy to repair. Than, they are usually more expensive than other PCs. If you want to buy some cheep laptop you probably won't be able to do some things like Photoshop because their space is usually low.
I think in this world, today, to have laptop is better than to have PCs. With laptops you can carry them around with you and work on them while in school or work. And even if they're more expensive than PCs it's totally worth it.
I use my laptop for everything!! Surfing, school, movies and music. Even though my laptop already has like 8 years it is still in use, maybe it's not as great as it was when it was new but it's good. Without my laptop my life would suck! :D

OdgovoriIzbrišiDear Katja, love your overview of laptop as your favourite gadget. So far latop is my fav gadget as well. But, I must admit I am amazed that your 8 year laptop still works. My first laptop "died" after 3 and half years of use. The mother board got broken so, I had to buy a new one. Looking forward to reading other interesting topics.

I remember the time when we had to be home and stuck to a room to use computers. Laptops have certainly added mobility and convenience to our lives. I really liked the way you talked about the pros and cons of this important device.

I liked your paragraph and i'm agree with you in some things. but like we can use the computer every time where you are, i'm not agree with this because i think the computer or laptop exists to help our work and we can't do this us life.
